1. Services Provided
Elite Home Solutions offers professional handyman, pressure washing, and hot tub installation services throughout Alabama. Services may vary based on location, job requirements, and availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes or estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary depending on job complexity, site conditions, materials, or customer requests made after the initial quote. Any changes will be communicated and approved prior to completion.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital transactions.
A deposit may be required for larger projects. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Customers may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days. Deposits on special-order materials are non-refundable once orders are placed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area, removing personal belongings that could be damaged, and providing accurate job details.
Elite Home Solutions is not liable for delays caused by customer inaccessibility, hidden damage, or unsafe site conditions.
6. Property and Safety
Our team takes great care to protect your property while performing services. However, Elite Home Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damages, or issues caused by improper maintenance prior to service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the work environment is unsafe or violates health and safety regulations.
7. Limited Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Elite Home Solutions offers a limited 30-day workmanship warranty on most services unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, acts of nature, or damage caused by third parties after service completion.
8. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to provide high-quality service, Elite Home Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
9. Third-Party Services
Some services (such as electrical or plumbing work) may involve coordination with licensed third-party contractors. Elite Home Solutions is not responsible for the actions, performance, or warranties of third-party providers.
10. Intellectual Property
